The Lafayette Farmers Market

CCCFM Lafayette

CCCFM would like to extend a great many thanks to the dedicated volunteers of Sustainable Lafayette.

In appreciation of your steadfast support of our Lafayette Farmers' Market, we are sincerely grateful. Your attendance and participation at our Lafayette market enhances this market greatly. From your community outreach and education booth to your devoted volunteers who show up week after week to aid parking enforcement and ensure safe passage across Moraga Way and Mount Diablo Blvd, thank you.

The Lafayette market is closed for the season, on September 29, 2011, we celebrate the bond that has been made between CCCFM and the energetic community that is Sustainable and greater Lafayette. While Lafayette is closed we invite you to visit our neighboring sister markets in Orinda (through the end of November) and our year round market on Sundays in downtown WC.

Thanks again for all you do and keep up the great work!

"Political Free Zone"

A word about political campaigning at the markets...

Our policy is to really make every effort to protect our markets and make them a "Political Free Zone". Some folks have the decency to ask for our permission to set up near the markets, others don't! We apologize if you have been approached! The question we ask is: Would the major super market chains allow you to approach their customers in their stores?
