The Pleasant Hill Farmers Market is located at the award winning City Hall. It has a park like setting, featuring a fish pond and fountains which the kids love. The market has been in operation since 1982 and has grown and prospered at this location for 7 seasons. The 2009 season starts the first weekend of May with sweet, ripe cherries, delicious strawberries and fresh spring asparagus! Summer brings tree ripe apricots, peaches, nectarines, mountain grown blueberries, sweet / tart blackberries and heirloom tomatoes and sweet ,white, corn from our county! The seasons harvest closes with the cool weather crops such as pomegranates and persimmons and winter squash. You can find fresh seafood, Alhambra Valley range fed beef, olive oil, vinegars, fresh baked breads and cookies, delicious jams, as well as many ethnic prepared foods. Artists also bring their hand made jewelry and crafts, and you can get a 5 minute massage.

New bike racks are a welcome addition to the City Hall site.
